The term “confidential information implies Deliverables, Work done, and any other information availed to, or created by, a Member, whether tangible, electronic data, graphic or any other form of personal information. Lyric labs will use commercially reasonable methods to secure your personal information in our files and systems. Members and/or site visitors (Users) should note that with moderntechnology, absolute internet security cannot be guaranteed. Lyric labs will retain your information for as long as you are an active member or for purposes of providing the services needed, to ensure compliance with our obligations besides enforcing our Agreements. Service provision To ease marrying Service Providers with Service Buyers on our services, Lyric Labs interface has been designed appropriately. It allows Service Buyers to hand in content for translation (“Original Works”) and Service Providers an opportunity to preview Original Works prior to accepting translation job. The original Content including any other information therein or otherwise availed to the Service Providers this way become public information. You therefore should be careful when giving any information or Original Works in the project boards or in any other forum on the website. Lyric Labs may archive information, including personal information you provide in the event of using our services including any other aspects of the website. Lyric Labs stores that information on their servers or by third parties that are committed to complying with Lyric Labs commitments contained in this Privacy Policy and with whom Lyric Labs contracted. Archived information will not be deleted unless and until your entire account with Lyric Labs is deleted. Lyric Labs may keep some or all of your information on supporting files, however, Lyric Labs is noncommittal to any obligation or guarantee to archiving any information besides warranting that any archived information will later be availed to you. Your personally identifiable information and original content may be used for scrutinizing, researching, and analyzing various aspects to improve the services offered by Lyric Labs.
